I am Ogul Cihan AKIN. After completing my high school education in Anatolian Tourism and Hotel Management High School, I graduated from Yeditepe University, Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts. I still continuing my master’s degree in Okan University Culinary Arts Department.

Although my gastronomy master’s field of study is about the Ottoman period and republican tavern culture, I added 8 years of experience as a cook to my 10-year experience in world cuisine education. And I came to London to offer my services to you, my dear customers.
